1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HostCashback, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

HostCashback is a cashback rewards platform that allows users to earn money back on web hosting purchases made through our affiliate links with providers like Hostinger, Bluehost, and others.

3. Eligibility

To use HostCashback, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Not have been previously banned from our platform
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. How Cashback Works

To earn cashback:

  • You must click through our affiliate links before making a purchase
  • Complete your purchase in the same browser session
  • Submit a cashback claim with proof of purchase
  • Wait for verification (typically 30-60 days as per merchant terms)
  • Cashback will be credited to your wallet after approval

5. Cashback Claims

Users must submit cashback claims within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to verify all claims with merchants. Claims may be rejected if:

  • Purchase was not made through our affiliate link
  • Order was cancelled or refunded
  • Merchant does not confirm the transaction
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

6. Affiliate Disclosure

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: HostCashback is a participant in affiliate programs with hosting providers including Hostinger, Bluehost, and others. We may receive compensation when you purchase hosting through our affiliate links.

This affiliate relationship helps us provide cashback rewards to our users. The price you pay for hosting services remains the same whether you use our links or not. We only recommend hosting providers we believe offer value to our users.

We use affiliate tracking through Impact.com to monitor purchases and ensure you receive your cashback. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept this affiliate relationship.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal conditions:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
  • Maximum withdrawal amount: ₹50,000 per transaction
  • Daily withdrawal limit: ₹1,00,000 per user
  • Processing time: 24-48 hours
  • Valid UPI ID or bank account required
  • Email verification required before first withdrawal
  • One withdrawal request at a time
  • We reserve the right to reject suspicious withdrawal requests
  • Bank account validation may be performed before payout

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cashback Refunds:

  • Cashback is non-refundable once credited to your wallet
  • If a merchant refunds your purchase, corresponding cashback will be deducted from your wallet
  • Partial refunds will result in proportional cashback deduction
  • We do not process refunds for hosting services - contact the hosting provider directly

Withdrawal Cancellations:

  • Withdrawal requests can be cancelled while in "pending" status
  • Once a withdrawal is marked "processing" or "completed", it cannot be cancelled
  • Failed withdrawals will be automatically refunded to your wallet
  • If you receive a duplicate payment, you must notify us within 48 hours

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse cashback offers
  • Submit false or fraudulent claims
  • Use automated systems or bots
  • Manipulate or abuse the referral system
  • Violate merchant terms and conditions

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, pending cashback may be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

HostCashback is not responsible for:

  • Merchant disputes or service issues
  • Changes to merchant cashback rates
  • Technical issues preventing tracking
  • Delays in merchant reporting or payment

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Major changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
