End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and HostCashback for the use of our cashback tracking platform and services. By accessing or using HostCashback, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

HostCashback grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the HostCashback website and platform
• Participate in cashback programs through our affiliate partnerships
• Track your purchases and earn cashback rewards
• Withdraw earned cashback to your payment account

3. Software Behavior and Tracking

Important Disclosure: HostCashback's platform performs the following activities:

• Affiliate Link Tracking: When you click on hosting offers, we track your clicks through our affiliate network (Impact.com) to ensure you receive proper cashback attribution.
• Cookie Management: We use cookies and tracking technologies to:
  • Maintain your login session
  • Track affiliate referrals for cashback attribution
  • Monitor your activity on our platform
  • Respect existing affiliate attributions from other sources
• Data Collection: We collect and store:
  • Your click activity (timestamp, IP address, user agent)
  • Purchase information you submit for cashback claims
  • Wallet and transaction history
  • Payment details for withdrawals (encrypted)
• Third-Party Redirects: Clicking on offers redirects you to merchant websites through our affiliate tracking links. These links contain tracking parameters to attribute your purchase to HostCashback.
• Attribution Detection: We detect and respect pre-existing affiliate attributions. If you've already been attributed to another affiliate partner, we will not override that attribution.

4. User Consent and Actions

By using HostCashback, you expressly consent to:

• Affiliate link tracking and cookie placement for cashback attribution
• Collection and processing of your click and purchase data
• Redirection to merchant websites through tracked affiliate links
• Sharing of transaction data with affiliate network partners (Impact.com)
• Email notifications regarding your cashback claims and withdrawals

Affirmative Action Required: All tracking and redirects occur only when you actively click on offers or links. We do not perform automatic redirects or background tracking without your explicit action.

5. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the cashback tracking system
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to generate fake clicks or purchases
• Create multiple accounts to exploit cashback offers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our tracking mechanisms
• Submit false or fraudulent cashback claims
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Violate any terms of our merchant partners
• Override or circumvent our tracking and attribution system

6. Account Termination

Your license to use HostCashback will terminate immediately if you:

• Violate any terms of this EULA
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the cashback system
• Fail to comply with merchant terms and conditions

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of HostCashback. Pending cashback may be forfeited if termination is due to violations.

7. Data Removal and Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by:

• Contacting our support team at support@hostcashback.com
• Requesting account deletion through your profile settings

Upon deletion:

• Your account will be permanently deactivated
• Personal information will be deleted within 30 days
• Transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes
• Pending cashback claims will be processed or forfeited based on their status
• You can withdraw any available wallet balance before deletion

8. No Automatic Actions

Important Notice: HostCashback does NOT perform any of the following:

• Automatic redirects without your click action
• Background installation of software or browser extensions
• Modification of your browser settings without permission
• Injection of ads or pop-ups on other websites
• Overriding of existing affiliate cookies from other sources

All tracking occurs only through your explicit interaction with our platform.

9. Intellectual Property

HostCashback and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of HostCashback or our licensors. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

HostCashback is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of cashback rates or merchant information
• Successful tracking of all purchases
• Approval of all cashback claims
• Specific cashback amounts or percentages

11. Limitation of Liability

HostCashback shall not be liable for:

• Lost cashback due to technical issues or tracking failures
• Merchant disputes or service quality
• Delays in cashback confirmation or payment
• Changes to merchant cashback rates or terms
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of cashback in your wallet.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of HostCashback is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and using it only for legitimate business purposes related to cashback tracking and payment processing.

13. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law.
